Animox Studio is a trade name (d/b/a) of Cominted Labs Inc., a corporation with its principal place of business at 201 SW 17th Rd, Miami, FL 33129, United States ("Animox," "we," "us," or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.animox.studio, portfolio.animox.studio, or any other website, landing page, or booking page we operate (collectively, the "Site"), contact us, book a call with us, or engage us for 3D animation and related creative services (the "Services").
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at hello@animox.studio.
This policy covers personal information we handle as a controller — that is, where we decide how and why information is used. It does not cover:
Information you give us directly. When you submit our project inquiry form, book a discovery call, email us, or become a client, we may collect: your name, business email address, phone number, company name, website, role, budget range and timeline, project description, and any files, briefs, product images, scripts, or reference materials you send us. If you engage us, we also collect billing and invoicing details.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect: IP address, approximate location derived from IP (city/region level), browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, scroll depth, time on page, and date and time of access. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics platforms (for example, aggregated campaign performance from Meta), from lead forms submitted on Meta platforms, from scheduling and CRM tools we use, and from publicly available business sources.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health information, precise geolocation, or biometric data), and we ask that you not send it to us.
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, to measure the performance of our advertising, to understand how visitors use the Site, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site.
These technologies are active when you visit the Site. You can control them through your browser settings, tracking protection or ad-blocking tools, and the platform-specific opt-outs listed in our Cookie Policy, or by emailing us at hello@animox.studio.
We use personal information to:
Legal bases (for individuals in the EEA and UK). We rely on: your consent (for non-essential cookies, advertising technologies, and marketing email); performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one (responding to inquiries, delivering Services); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our business (site analytics on a non-identifying basis, fraud prevention, direct B2B outreach); and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and record-keeping).
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To do this:
Meta processes this data as an independent controller for some purposes under its own terms. See Meta's Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and manage your ad settings at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
To opt out of this tracking on our Site, use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, adjust your Meta ad settings using the links above, or email us at hello@animox.studio.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:
Some U.S. state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to include the use of advertising cookies and pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our use of the Meta Pixel and similar technologies may constitute "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under those definitions. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
You can opt out by emailing us at hello@animox.studio, or by using your browser's tracking protection or an ad-blocking extension to prevent these technologies from loading. We will process email opt-out requests without charge and without requiring you to create an account.
We are based in the United States and our service providers may be located in the United States and elsewhere. If you are in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with data transfer restrictions, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above:
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and confidentiality obligations for staff and contractors. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
If you are a resident of another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (including Florida, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others), you may have comparable rights to access, correct, delete, and port your information and to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling.
Email hello@animox.studio with your request and enough detail for us to identify you. We will respond within the period required by applicable law (generally 45 days in the U.S. and one month in the EEA/UK), and we may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits; we may ask for proof of authorization.
If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal."
Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We do not currently detect GPC signals automatically. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or of targeted advertising, email us at hello@animox.studio or use the controls described in our Cookie Policy.
The Site and Services are directed to businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site links to third-party sites and platforms, including our profiles on Instagram, YouTube, Behance, and Dribbble. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as a banner on the Site or an email.
